We are more than confident our indoor grow supplies will provide you with spectacular yields, however, in the extremely rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your order post delivery please do not hesitate to reach out to us here. We'll essentially do any and everything within our power to ensure your issue is resolved in a timely manner either by a direct replacement of the product(s) or we'll process a refund to your payment method within the terms of this policy.
CANCELLATIONS & EASY-RETURNS
All cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee regardless of shipping status. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card utilized when placing your order.
We can accommodate most requests, but due differences in time-zone and warehouse schedules, the cancellation request may not reach the respective warehouse in time. Once the item has been arranged to ship, or has shipped, the package will be treated as a 'return' and is subject to ship-back and restocking fees. All EzTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.
Many of our featured brands have a 90-day return policy. A 5-25% (brand specific) restocking fee may apply in cases where items are returned for reasons other than covered within warranty
Please reach out to our support staff in order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as well as the return shipping information before attempting to return any merchandise. To complete the process, we require a (proof of purchase) receipt.
Items advertised on our store and sold from external websites and affiliate partners (i.e. Amazon.com, etc) are not subject to any of our policies.
Any items sent back without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
BRAND-SPECIFIC RETURN CYCLES
Our policy for a refund or replacement varies dependent on the respective brand. We honor the return cycles (terms & conditions) offered by the manufacturer as stated on their website. This is because the lights are sent back to the manufacturer, not to us. Therefore, Blooming Flora, and you (the buyer) are subject to their policies. When placing an order on our site, you agree to the manufacturers return policies, terms & conditions. The individual return cycles for our featured brands are as follows:
HARVEST & EXTRACTION
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition as received (mint) or in like new condition and free of wear.
All parts (i.e. cords, controllers, hangers) must be present when returned.
All brands: Only one light may be returnable unless otherwise specified above.
For a single item (light, grow tent, etc) returned within the return window for any reason, a 10-20% restocking fee may apply (subject to manufacturer's policy). A 25% restocking fee is charged for Counter Culture Hydroponic Systems and Optic LED. Returns outside of the individual return windows will not be refunded. Order cancellation is offered only in the event that the light has not yet shipped, otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may apply if the order was already processed. Shipping fees charged to Blooming Flora may not be refundable to the customer.
For returned items, restocking fees and shipping fees will be charged if items were shipped out to the customer, even if the customer did not claim the goods.
No returns allowed on custom products or custom orders.
*In very extreme cases, we refuse the right to offer returns and refunds on any and all items after the product(s) has/have been shipped.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT GOODS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s), we will pay for the return shipping costs as well as pay for getting the product(s) to you. If damaged, please ensure you reject the item(s) and/or let the courier know that the product is damaged at delivery, otherwise a full refund may not be possible. Blooming Flora will not pay the return shipping charges for more than one product if it is not damaged/defective/incorrect. These shipping charges will be subject to the respective brand/companies prices and policy.
Blooming Flora is not responsible for merchandise lost during or at delivery or damaged in transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product(s) to reach you, may vary. Allow up to 3 weeks in extremely rare cases.
After your purchase, the product is subject to the respective company's warranty policy. These policies may be found on the original supplier's/manufacturer's website or by contacting them. The warranty time lengths are also listed on the product page on our website. Blooming Flora is not responsible for replacing or repairing your product while under warranty. Although, we will assist you in getting your product replaced or repaired by coordinating with the original supplier/manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. At this point, we the refund is out of our hands and we do not have any control over the speed of the refund. The bank or payment processing service may take up to 10 days to transfer the funds back into your account.
To receive your refund for returning a product that you were not satisfied with, send us a copy of the shipping receipt and we will reimburse you via PayPal.
International Shipments: If we ship your order to your country and you fail to communicate with the shipping company to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company will destroy your package and you will neither be refunded from Blooming Flora, nor will Blooming Flora take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Check your bank account then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. Gift cards are non-returnable.
