As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you immediately via email to confirm whether you're happy waiting for the product to become available or if you would prefer we void the pre-authorization. ORDER SHIPMENT

We offer FREE shipping within continental USA via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Contact us prior to order placement if you would prefer to expedite your shipment.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@bloomingflora.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
CANCELLATIONS & EASY-RETURNS
All cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee regardless of shipping status. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card utilized when placing your order.
We can accommodate most requests, but due differences in time-zone and warehouse schedules, the cancellation request may not reach the respective warehouse in time. Once the item has been arranged to ship, or has shipped, the package will be treated as a 'return' and is subject to ship-back and restocking fees. All EzTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.
