CANCELLATIONS & EASY-RETURNS
All cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee regardless of shipping status. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card utilized when placing your order.
We can accommodate most requests, but due differences in time-zone and warehouse schedules, the cancellation request may not reach the respective warehouse in time. Once the item has been arranged to ship, or has shipped, the package will be treated as a 'return' and is subject to ship-back and restocking fees.
