As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you immediately via email to confirm whether you're happy waiting for the product to become available or if you would prefer we void the pre-authorization. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected] the order is processed, kindly allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery to a US address. Please bear in mind that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes via UPS. alone
We offer FREE shipping within continental USA via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Contact us prior to order placement if you would prefer to expedite your shipment.
Please Contact us before placing an order to receive a shipping quote for items shipped outside the United States. You may also place an order on our online store and shipping charges will be calculated and an invoice emailed to you to cover these charges.
Optic LED products ship FREE worldwide. A lower value is typically declared on these products for customs purposes.Items shipped internationally from the US may be subject to VAT, duties, taxes, and/or other local charges due at delivery. Said charges are the responsibility of the customer and not that of The Blooming Flora.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
CANCELLATIONS & EASY-RETURNS
All cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee regardless of shipping status. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card utilized when placing your order.
We can accommodate most requests, but due differences in time-zone and warehouse schedules, the cancellation request may not reach the respective warehouse in time. Once the item has been arranged to ship, or has shipped, the package will be treated as a 'return' and is subject to ship-back and restocking fees. All EzTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.
Many of our featured brands have a 90-day return policy. A 5-25% (brand specific) restocking fee may apply in cases where items are returned for reasons other than covered within warranty
